BEACON (Business Education, Access, & Community Opportunity Navigator) is a self-contained, Perplexity-style AI chat assistant built as a single HTML file for WWW WASHME TV’s website. It answers business startup questions — food truck licensing, LLC formation, USDA grants, credit building, and more — using a built-in offline knowledge engine (with an optional live OpenAI upgrade), styled in the organization’s black, gold, and white branding.

The WASHME TV Digital Studio Generator turns a conversation with a small-business owner into a real website. Talk it through with Jose, the studio’s AI website consultant, who asks the interview questions out loud in English or Spanish, gives advice and fills in the form while you talk — or type the answers yourself. The generator then produces React component specs for every page, an integrations list, a quality check and a ready-to-paste Agent Runner prompt, and builds a Netlify-ready site in the WASHME TV black-and-gold standard that you can preview on phone, tablet and desktop and download as files. Anything the customer has not supplied is marked [NEEDS CONTENT], so nothing is ever invented.
