Photos, videos and wording on each page, plus retiring a page.
Pick a page, then change what it shows. Replace swaps one of the page’s own images or videos for a new one, Rewrite changes wording the page already has, Remove takes either off the page, and Restore original puts back whatever the site shipped with. Anything you add under Added media or Added text appears in its own section on that page. Every change is live the moment it saves — large videos are sent in pieces, so leave the tab open until the progress bar finishes. Further down, Live Classroom Room sets which Zoom room THE CLASSROOM uses, and AI Learning teaches the site’s AI assistants.
These are the images and videos already built into the page. Replacing one keeps its shape and position, so a new photo still fits where the old one was.
These are the headings and paragraphs already written into the page. Rewriting one keeps its place, size and styling, so new wording still looks like the page it is on. Leave a field alone to keep what the page came with.
Press Enter for a new line, leave a blank line between paragraphs, and put *stars* around any words that should pick up the gold accent colour.
Photos and videos you add here appear in their own gallery section on the page, in the order below. A page with nothing added shows no gallery at all.
Text you add here appears in its own section on the page, in the order below. A page with nothing added shows no extra section at all — useful for a notice, an update, or a few paragraphs the page was never built for.
Take this page off the site without deleting it. Links to it disappear from the menus and the footer, and anyone who still has the address — a bookmark, a search result, a printed brochure — is sent to another page or shown a short notice instead. Nothing on the page itself is changed, so putting it back restores it exactly as it is now.
Pick the page that replaces this one. Choose “show them a notice” when nothing does — a visitor is better told the page is gone than dropped somewhere they did not ask for.
Plain wording, and a blank line starts a new paragraph. Leave both of these empty to use a general notice. They are only ever shown when no replacement page is set above.
Which Zoom room THE CLASSROOM uses, with its passcode and host key.
Which Zoom room THE CLASSROOM sends people to, and the keys that go with it. One setting for the whole site, so the page picker above does not apply to it. Saving here takes effect on the next class — there is nothing to redeploy. The passcode and host key are never shown back on this page once saved, so each one offers Remove rather than letting you read it: type a new value to replace it, or leave the field empty to keep what is already there.
From Zoom → Profile. Spaces are fine. This is the only value on this card that visitors ever see.
The Zoom account the classroom runs on. Shown to mentors as confirmation; not published.
The whole link from Zoom → Profile, including the pwd= part. Worth setting: the Zoom web address differs per account and cannot be guessed from the meeting ID. Because that link lets anyone in, it is treated as a key and never shown back.
The passcode as you would type it — not the pwd= text from the link, which is a scrambled version of it and will not work here. Needed for a class to open inside the page instead of in the Zoom app.
Zoom → Profile → Host Key, 6 to 10 digits. While this is set, a mentor must enter it on the classroom join form to get facilitator controls — so make sure every mentor has the number before you save one. Removing it lets mentors claim host without a key again.
How long one sitting really lasts on this Zoom plan. The Basic plan stops a class of three or more at 40 minutes, and the live session page shows this number and explains how to rejoin. Enter 0 on a paid plan and those notices come off the page.
Lessons and visitor feedback that shape the site’s AI assistants.
Teach the site’s AI assistants — the WASHME Assistant on every page and the Classroom Assistant on THE CLASSROOM. The models are not retrained: each lesson that is switched on is added to the instructions the assistant receives with every question, so it works from the very next question, and switching it off or deleting it undoes it just as fast. Like the classroom room, these apply to the whole site, not the page picked above.
Visitors can rate any answer 👍 or 👎. Their ratings wait here and never change the assistants on their own. While you are signed in here, the chat on any page also shows you ✏️ — your 👎 or correction is turned into a lesson straight away and the chat shows you what was learned.
Write it as an instruction to the assistant. One rule per lesson works best.
