Anything saved as Published appears on the public calendar and in the subscribable feed right away. Save as Draft while you are still settling the date. Mark a sitting Canceled rather than deleting it — a canceled class stays on the calendar with a line through it, so somebody who was planning to come finds out instead of finding an empty room.

A repeating class is one entry here. Set the first session, choose how it repeats and when it stops, and the calendar works out every date from that — so moving the class means editing one thing, not thirty.
