How to get the most from the Sales Kit: the AI Helper that can use the kit for you, and the voice-guided tour.
✨ AI Helper
Ask about the Call Flow, prices, routing or what to do after a call. It can also use the kit for you — try “open my call log”, “log a voicemail for Action Auto”, “read the guide from step 5”, “show me where to open the kit” or “start the tour”. It opens views, taps buttons and tabs, types into boxes, picks from drop-downs and ticks boxes, and points at things.
It highlights each thing in yellow before acting, and a short note in the chat says what it did. It only acts when you ask, only reaches what you can already see, never types passwords, and asks you to confirm before anything hard to undo — deleting, removing, sending or signing out. The server still checks your role on every action. “Explain this page” describes whatever view you are on.
Search the whole kit. Ask about anything in the Sales Kit — a business on the call list, its phone number or sample website, a line from the phone script, an email template, the call prep playbooks — and the Helper looks through every file and tells you which one the answer came from. It remembers the conversation, so you can follow up with “what’s their phone number?” or “and the next step?”.
Talk to it. Tap 🎤 and speak. The Helper listens, answers out loud, then listens again so you can keep talking hands-free. Tap 🎤 again to stop. 🔈 in the Helper’s header reads typed answers aloud too. Listening works in Chrome, Edge and Safari; your browser asks for the microphone the first time.
Rate answers 👍 / 👎. A Super Admin’s 👎 with a correction teaches the Helper a new rule straight away.
🧭 Voice-guided tour
The tour reads each step aloud and moves on by itself when it finishes speaking. Use ⏸ Pause / ▶ Play (or the Space bar), 🔊 / 🔇 to turn the voice off (remembered on this device), and Next or Back at any time.
Browsers only allow speech after a tap, so the tour that starts by itself the first time you sign in may begin silent — tap 🔊 to hear it.
